Mr. Warren Lee has been licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission since 1992 to advise on corporate finance transactions and asset management. He co-founded Yu Ming Investment Management Limited in 1997 and listed it under a reverse takeover cum debt restructuring of China Agrotech Holdings Limited in 2019. In corporate finance, Mr. Lee focuses on hostile situations and resumption of trading of listed companies. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom in 1986 and obtained a distinction in Master of Science degree from The City University Business School in London in 1988.
