Ms. Julia Charlton is a Hong Kong and English solicitor practising in the fields of securities law, capital markets, private equity, M&A, investment funds, restructuring and regulatory issues, including securities and crypto . She holds a number of positions including as a senior fellow of the HKSI and as a member of the SFC’s Takeovers and Mergers Panel, the Company Law Committee of the HK Law Society and the HKSE’s Listing Review Committee.
