Mr. Brian Ho is a partner of Howse Williams who specialises in corporate finance, initial public offerings and capital markets transactions. He previously practiced in the corporate and securities department of various leading local and international law firms in Hong Kong and was a banker at an international investment bank involving in various ECM transactions. 
Mr. Ho qualified as a barrister and solicitor in the State of Victoria, Australia and a solicitor in Hong Kong.
