Mr. Henry Lai is a partner and co-chairman of P. C. Woo & Co, a firm of solicitors and notaries in Hong Kong and has over 40 years of experience in the legal industry. He has experience in advising and handling corporate finance works including IPO and merger and acquisition for listed companies, restructuring of companies and commercial documentations. Mr. Lai is the immediate past chairman, and currently an honorary council member, fellow member and Chairman of the Corporate Governance Policies Committee of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He is also a member of the Process Review Panel for the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.
