Mr. Arnold Ip is the founder and chairman of Altus Holdings Limited. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and asset management. His extensive repertoire covers capital raising, private equity, REIT management, mergers and acquisitions (public and private), initial public offerings and secondary offerings. He is admitted to membership of The Institute of Chartered accountants in England and Wales. Mr. Ip also served as a member of the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2015.
