Mr. Mark Chan is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a responsible officer of Emperor Corporate Finance Limited registered with the SFC to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities under the SFO and has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and financial management.
