Mr. Stephen Clark, joint managing director of Anglo Chinese Corporate Finance Limited, is one of the joint founders of Anglo Chinese Holdings, Limited. He has over 40 years of experience in corporate finance and is regarded as the leading expert on public company takeovers and regulatory compliance in Hong Kong.
Mr. Clark was a member of Chairman Panel of the Listing Review Committee and was a member of the Takeovers and Mergers Panel for more than 30 years, including serving as chairman from 2009 to 2021 and deputy Chairman from 2021 to 2023. He was a former director of the Hong Kong Securities Institute and has served as an alternate member of the Listing Committee of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
