Mr. Larry Kwok

Larry Kwok is a founding partner of Kwok Yih & Chan (“KYC”). Prior to founding KYC, Larry worked in various international law firms, including Baker & McKenzie, Simmons & Simmons, Andersen Legal, Mallesons Stephen Jaques and King & Wood Mallesons.’ Apart from being a solicitor, Larry is also qualified as an accountant. Larry’s practice covers corporate finance, M&As, direct investments, corporate rescue and restructuring. He also advises on regulatory matters such as insider dealing, market manipulation, accounting fraud and breaches of the Listing Rules. Larry has served on various Government boards and committees, including Committee on REITs, Public Shareholders Group and Disciplinary Appeals Committee of the Stock Exchange (Convenor). He was also Chairman of Transport Advisory Committee and Independent Police Complaints Council. He is presently Chairman of the Buildings Appeal Tribunal Panel.
